NEED TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE? We want you to have the best shopping experience ever! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 15 days. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without  checking with us first. Please Note: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. The original tag must still be attached.

2. Ship back your order directly to Frezco Beverages USA
3. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be  processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation
